How can the massage ball be used?
The textured ball can be squeezed in your hand or used for gentle massage. Your birth partner can also use it to massage areas such as your back, shoulders or legs where comfortable.
Is the set suitable for my hospital bag?
Yes! The set is compact and comes with its own storage pouch, making it easy to keep together with your other birth and hospital bag essentials.
When should I order my Birth Comfort Set?
